哈拉沟选煤厂重介浅槽分选机调整入料下限的应用研究

摘要: 哈拉沟选煤厂平均原煤小时量3000t/h。基本流程为13mm以上块煤经三套浅槽分选,13mm以下末煤进入到末煤系统利用重介质旋流器分选或直接上仓。考虑到块煤系统吨煤成本比末煤低812元/t。将块煤入洗下限由13mm调整至6mm,块煤入洗量增加30262t/h,精煤产率8551%,提高217%|精煤灰分461%,降低023%|数量效率9462%,提高428%,每年可节省成本约四百万元。。

Abstract: The average raw coal throughput of Halagou coal preparation plant is 3000t/h. The basic technology process is +13 mm raw coal was separated by three sets of shallow trough, besides -13mm raw coal was separated by heavy medium cyclone separation or directly was carried into the products storehouse. The cost of lump coal system is less 8.12 yuan/ton than the slack coal. After the feeding limit is adjusted from +13mm to +6mm, lump feeding increases 302.62t/h. The cleaned coal yield of theory is 85.51%, increasing 2.17%. The cleaned coal ash of theory is 4.61%, decreasing 4.61%. The quantity efficiency is 94.62%, increasing 4.28%. After all, this cost can be economized more than four hundred ten thousand yuan per year.
